We make it as easy as possible for you every step of the way! Here’s what you can expect when working with us:

1. We will answer our phone and, if we can’t for whatever reason, we will call you back within an hour
2. We will show up on time for our estimates.
3. We will come and do a measurement, discuss your project and make sure you are fully informed of your options.
4. We will provide you a written estimate typically within 48-72 hours
5. If you decide to go ahead with your project, we require a 50% deposit to purchase fence materials.
6. We will book your new fence project into our calendar
7. We will arrange for a BC One Call ticket and organize a disposal bin delivery if necessary
8. We will complete your project on time and on budget. We will also check with you throughout the project to confirm installation details.
9. We will make sure we leave your yard tidy and your new fence clean upon completion
10. We will come and do a walk around with you to ensure you are happy with everything!
